What the job involves
- Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services
- Assist residents with all personal hygiene care,保持 independence, dignity and respect
- Recognise and understand clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls and signs of infection, and elevate them in a timely manner
- Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality
- Practise safe systems of work across the range of tasks
- Cover a range of responsibilities as needed and carry out reasonable instructions from other team members
