Turning Point's Learning Disabilities service is recruiting for a bank post to support 11 adults with complex needs in a 24-hour setting. The role focuses on personal care and helping residents build daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting and shopping in a person-centred approach.
Shifts run from early morning to early evening with occasional waking nights and some weekends. Training begins after a six-month probation period, and sponsorship is not available.
