Oaklands College is seeking a term-time SEND support worker for the Supportive Learning team. You will assist 16–24 year olds with disabilities to meet EHCP targets and develop independent living skills, working with tutors and therapy staff.
You will help with personal care, mobility support, safeguarding, and documentation, ensuring accurate records and proactive communication with carers and tutors. Previous experience is essential and commitment to safeguarding is required.
