Kingston Council’s Housing Services team is seeking a 12-month fixed-term Tenancy Services Officer to manage a patch of 750 general needs homes, handling tenancy matters and working with partners across the borough.
The role is hybrid, four days on site and one day at home, and requires a Chartered Institute of Housing qualification at level 2 or 3. You will attend housing surgeries and contribute to KPI recording and service improvements.
