Team Leader at Cranfield Court, a 24/7 service run by Shaftesbury for up to 20 adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. The post covers running the service day to day and supporting both the staff team and the people it cares for. It is a 40-hour week that includes sleep-in sessions and an on-call rota, each paid as an extra fee. An NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is wanted, or a commitment to work towards it, and the post needs an enhanced DBS check.
