Symphony Healthcare Services is recruiting a Patient Services Advisor for Creech Medical Centre. The role is permanent, 18 hours per week, and combines telephone and face-to-face patient contact with general practice administration.
You will handle appointments, inquiries and repeat prescriptions while learning to maintain confidential patient records in a busy GP setting. GCSEs in English and Maths are essential, prior NHS or practice experience is welcome but not required.
