This newly created outreach post sits within Dorset Community CAMHS in Dorchester, supporting children and young people with mental health difficulties. The work is to help them stay engaged with treatment, reduce the risk of deterioration and reach their goals, working with families, schools and social care.
Most of the role is community-based, in homes, schools and local settings across Dorset, within a multidisciplinary team.
