UKRI is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to lead the employment law function within the Legal team at the corporate centre. You will advise on contentious and non-contentious matters, and line manage a small team of lawyers, deputising for the General Counsel when required.
You will engage with HR and senior managers, provide strategic, risk-based guidance, and help shape policy and governance across the organisation.
