Derbyshire Mind is seeking a Bank Support Worker for its Crisis Support Drop-In service, an out-of-hours, non-clinical role supporting adults in distress. You will provide one-to-one and group crisis support, help de-escalate crises, and assist in developing flexible crisis plans, with Friday–Sunday evenings shifts.
The role involves liaising with on-call crisis teams, documenting interactions, and supporting volunteers. Availability for ad hoc weekend shifts is essential.
