Current NMC registration as an adult nurse is required.
What the job involves
- Manage patients with Type 2 diabetes, including insulin initiation and complex long-term condition reviews
- Deliver treatment room services including immunisations, wound care, cytology and routine health checks
- Work alongside GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, HCAs and administrative staff across both surgery sites
- Drive proactive, long-term health outcomes for the Dordon and Polesworth communities

Qualifications
- Existing diabetes management qualification or experience, or strong motivation to undertake diabetes training
Registration & licences
