Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust’s Surgery Division is recruiting a Surgical Matron to lead nursing across designated surgical wards and departments. You will oversee patient safety, quality improvement, patient experience and development of ward managers and multidisciplinary teams.
You will contribute to service transformation and workforce planning, participate in the senior leader site oversight rota (including weekends), and ensure care remains safe, effective and compassionate.
