A Supervision Room Manager at Hayes School works within the pastoral team alongside the Achievement Co-ordinators, Pastoral Support Managers and Inclusion Manager. The post focuses on students removed from lessons who need reintegration, reflection time and restorative support, often the school's most vulnerable pupils whose behaviour needs addressing. It is a term-time post of 35 hours across five days, 8am to 4pm, for 39 weeks a year. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the successful applicant will need an Enhanced DBS check.
