Thursfield Primary School in the Creative Learning Partnership Trust is seeking an Inclusion and Pupil Mentor to support pupils facing barriers to learning. You will work with staff to identify needs, agree action plans and deliver one-to-one or group sessions, including lunchtime support and anger management groups.
You will also run parent workshops, liaise with external agencies, and help pupils transition to secondary school, maintaining records and contributing to evaluations.
