Meir Primary Care Network is seeking a practice nurse to join a new post combining hub and in-practice working. The role focuses on vaccinations, cervical screening, health checks and supporting patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes and asthma.
You will work alongside ARRS colleagues and benefit from an Enhanced Nurse and a supportive multidisciplinary team. An opportunity to contribute to innovative care in a busy primary care setting.
