Stockport NHS Foundation Trust's Stepping Hill Hospital is seeking a Waiting List Officer to manage elective surgery waiting lists, including a group of consultants' lists, and ensure targets are met. You will work closely with patients, relatives and clinicians, and cover other specialties when needed.
You will handle patient enquiries with confidentiality, coordinate admissions and pre-operative assessments, and act as a named contact for service users while upholding Trust policies.
