Permanent Care Assistant post in the community reablement team at Essex Cares, based in Steyning and open to experienced carers. The work helps customers regain independence by relearning daily living skills at home and out in the community, covering personal care, medication, mobility and meals. Contracts of 25, 30 or 35 hours run on early and late shifts, include every other weekend, and involve driving between customers by car. Applicants who need visa sponsorship cannot be considered through direct application.
What the job involves

Experience
- Experience as a care assistant
