This bank role supports adults at Kenway Court, a residential care home run by Shaftesbury Group. The work is hands‑on support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and their person‑centred support plan, with accurate records kept on shift and possible personal care and medication administration. Sleep‑in sessions are offered on top of shifts, and the home has nursing support for people with complex needs. Visa sponsorship is not available because the hours do not meet Home Office guidelines.
What the job involves
- Provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and their person‑centred support plan
- Maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements
- Administer personal care and medication where required
- Cover sleep‑in sessions, paid £60 each

- Enhanced DBS or Access NI check
