North Kent College is seeking a Learning Support Practitioner in the Hadlow team. The role is part-time (28 hours per week) across 34 weeks, focusing on supporting students across English, Maths, and other courses with 1:1 or small-group SEMH work, records, and exam access.
The successful candidate will tailor communication to each learner, use an inclusive, evidence-based approach, and provide pastoral support. Enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK are required.
