The work centres on long-term condition reviews for diabetes, asthma and COPD, alongside immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and health checks, working closely with GPs and the wider team. The busy primary care setting offers scope to progress to Lead Practice Nurse, with days and hours open to negotiation. NMC registration and primary care experience are essential.
