HCRG Care Group, based at Livingstone Community Hospital, seeks a Healthcare Assistant to join the Falls Prevention Team. The role spans home visits, rehab programmes and group sessions with 22.5 hours weekly and a full UK driving licence. Training is provided for those without rehab experience.
You will deliver group balance classes, support patients at home, assist physiotherapists, monitor progress and ensure safety, dignity and wellbeing. Access to a vehicle is essential.
