Southern Brooks in South Gloucestershire is seeking a part-time manager to lead the Social Prescribing team and two linked services. The role includes line management, budget oversight, and partnership work with commissioners, with 30 hours a week and hybrid working across the county.
You will oversee the Social Prescribing, MINT Social Prescribing and DHI Community Connector services, align with project targets and organisational priorities, and deputise for the Head of Wellbeing & Health.
