Charters School is seeking a dedicated Sixth Form support practitioner to help students progress academically and personally. You will conduct one-to-one progress meetings, set targets with students and parents, and liaise with teachers to ensure tailored support.
You will work alongside Student Support Officers to keep the Sixth Form running smoothly day to day, with enhanced DBS clearance and eligibility to work in the UK as required.
