Dormy House, a residential care home run by Aria Care, is seeking a site maintenance post to handle health and safety across the home, perform hands-on remedial repairs, and manage external contractors for work beyond routine maintenance. This is a weekday daytime role, Monday to Friday, at 37.5 hours per week.
