The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a Permanent Care Assistant for the community reablement service in Shoreham. You will support customers to relearn daily living skills at home and in the community, assist with personal care, medication support, mobility and meal preparation, and travel between clients.
The role requires a full UK driving licence, own vehicle with business insurance, and the ability to work across early through evening shifts, with some weekend work.
