Permanent Care Assistant post in the community reablement service at Shoreham, run by ECL (Essex Cares) in West Sussex. The work centres on helping customers regain their independence by relearning daily living skills at home and in the community, alongside personal care, medication support, mobility and meal preparation. Distinct features are heavy local travel in your own car, shifts between 7am and 11pm, and some contracts including every other weekend.
