- Build meaningful relationships with children in care
- Take a lead role in corporate parenting and statutory responsibilities
- Help keep children safe and settled within their homes
- Advocate for children and ensure their needs are well met
- Focus on permanence, including considering reunification with families
- Work with colleagues and partners to support children, carers and families
- Provide a high quality service to children and families supported by the team

- Use motivational interviewing to help families identify and sustain change

Experience
- Experience working with children and families in social work
