The role supports digital change across the council, working with enabling services to improve customer journeys and access to services. It covers a broad programme portfolio, from digital self-service and automation to data platforms, application modernisation and cyber security. What the job involves
- Support the design and delivery of digital change across the council
- Work with enabling services to redesign customer journeys and remove barriers to access
- Contribute to programmes covering digital self-service, AI and automation, and data and insight
- Contribute to programmes covering business systems modernisation, infrastructure, connectivity and cyber security
- Contribute to programmes that build colleagues' digital skills and support adoption of new technology
