Elements Academy invites applications for a higher level teaching assistant to act as cover supervisor across key stages. You will plan, deliver and review academic interventions for pupils with needs identified in My Support Plan or EHCP, and provide practical support for learning and social skills.
You will promote pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing and work under supervision to maintain high standards of care and classroom management.
