Adullam Homes Housing Association, which supports vulnerable people and households, is recruiting a Service Coordinator to build and run personalised support packages. The work centres on tailoring support to each resident and on safeguarding education to keep people in its housing safe. It is a full-time post of 37.5 hours a week that also asks the holder to help shape the association's culture. Right to work in the UK is required, since no visa sponsorship is offered, and an enhanced adult barred-list DBS check applies.
What the job involves
- Develop and deliver a person-centred support package tailored to each person using the service
- Protect, support and educate individuals about incidents and safeguarding, in line with association values, policies and procedures
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of the association's values, culture and ethos
