Hampshire County Council's Healthy Places, Nutrition and Physical Activity Team is seeking a senior public health professional to lead place-based programmes addressing housing, food insecurity and community connectedness, and to embed health in all policies across council services.
You will work with district councils, NHS partners and voluntary groups to evaluate impact, shape spatial planning responses and develop outcome measures that drive improvements across the county.
