Cheshire East Council is seeking a Senior Lawyer to join the Property legal team. The role covers complex advice on commercial property transactions, disposals, acquisitions, leases, development agreements and highway schemes.
You will manage your own caseload, supervise junior staff and advise on cabinet and committee reports. Qualified solicitors (England & Wales), barristers or Chartered Legal Executives with a valid practising certificate are eligible.
