This Senior Practitioner post sits within the Targeted Support teams at Cambridgeshire County Council and supports the council's new Families First model. - Give social work advice to Family Help Lead Practitioners
- Support Family Help Managers, including those in Targeted Support, Social Care and Lead Child Protection Practitioners, in deciding levels of need and response
- Help develop the new Families First model
