The senior clinical pharmacist post sits within the Rehabilitation and High Support care hub, covering the Low Secure units at Birch Hill Hospital and the Tameside site. The role is entirely clinical, with no dispensary, out-of-hours or on-call commitment, and requires current GPhC membership.
You will lead and develop the clinical pharmacy service for long-stay patients and provide medicines advice within a multidisciplinary team.
