Stroud District Council is recruiting a senior surveyor to lead on complex damp and mould cases across the housing stock. You will diagnose building defects, specify long-term remedial works and supervise surveyors, with a focus on Awaab's Law compliance.
You will provide technical leadership to the Damp and Mould Team, manage priorities, and contribute to wider asset management responsibilities within the Council’s Asset Management function.
