East Cornwall Primary Care Network is recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist to join a multi-site role across seven GP practices. The post holder will run medication review clinics, provide independent prescribing, and lead medicines optimisation across the network.
Hybrid working is available; a full driving license is needed to travel between practices. GPhC registration and NHS primary care experience are essential.
