This Salesforce Administrator sits in the Salesforce team within Frontline's Operations department, which supports programmes for social workers and leaders. The post configures, maintains and improves Frontline's heavily customised Salesforce instance and its integrations, and turns requirements from programme, partnerships, fundraising and delivery teams into flows, reports and dashboards. It is hybrid, with two days a week in the London office, and a 30-hour, four-day week will be considered. Two years' dedicated administrator experience and the Platform Administrator certification decide fit.
