The role rotates every nine months across Northwick Park, Central Middlesex and Ealing with seven‑day service and on‑call duties.
Eligible applicants will hold a physiotherapy degree, HCPC registration and at least 15 months' Band 5 or junior experience, with a commitment to MDT training and safe patient discharge.
