A lunchtime supervisor post at Roseberry Primary Academy, part of the lunchtime supervisory team within The Enquire Learning Trust. The work centres on supervising children at lunch while running safe, active and creative outdoor play. The role is term-time only, 7.5 hours a week across weekday lunchtimes from 11.45am to 1.15pm, on a fixed-term contract to August 2027. An enhanced DBS check is required before appointment.
What the job involves
- Support pupils during lunchtimes as part of the lunchtime supervisory team
- Create a safe and stimulating outdoor environment at lunchtime
- Provide social, active and creative play experiences for all pupils
- Ensure pupils have a pleasant eating experience at lunchtime
- Maximise the time pupils can spend playing outside
- Facilitate play opportunities
- Offer care, support and advice to children at lunchtime
Qualifications
- First Aid training, or willingness to complete it
