Hyde, a provider of affordable homes, is recruiting a roofer into its property services team to carry out planned roofing work on domestic properties. The role covers scheduled inspections, repairs, replacements and weatherproofing of roofs, with close collaboration across the maintenance team.
The post is built around scheduled projects, so experience of planned or project-based maintenance is central. A basic DBS check and a valid driving licence are needed.
