The Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Band 8a Hand Therapy lead to head the outpatient service. The post includes line management of the Hand Therapy team and deputising for the Therapy Manager in clinics and admin areas.
You will undertake advanced assessment and treatment of complex hand patients, supervise bands 5–7 and students, contribute to service development and clinical innovation, and provide guidance to MDT colleagues.
