Cygnet Health Care at Cygnet Alders Clinic provides a 20-bed rehabilitation service for women with complex needs. The RMN/RNLD will focus on assessment, treatment and recovery, with comprehensive documentation and care planning alongside residents and relatives.
The role requires an active NMC PIN and knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983. Shifts are ad hoc for days or nights; deputising in a clinical lead role is possible with experience.
