Rickmansworth School is seeking a permanent Learning Support Assistant to help students who need extra support participate fully in lessons. You will work alongside teaching staff to back pupils with additional needs, delivering tailored one-to-one or small-group support.
The role is term-time with five INSET days, approximately 31 hours a week, and offers CPD opportunities and a supportive wellbeing programme. Visa sponsorship is not available.
