The Care Rehabilitation Assistant role sits at Woodrowe House, Cygnet Health Care's neurological complex care service. You will support residents with personal care, daily activities and meals, following care plans and personal goals, within a rolling two-week shift pattern of 12-hour days from 08:00 to 20:00.
