The Sous Chef role is based in Rendlesham within a residential care kitchen run by Aria Healthcare, trading as Care UK. You will prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents and support the Head Chef, upholding high kitchen standards and consistent quality.
You will lead by example, mentor kitchen teams through the in-house Chef academy, and contribute to ongoing menu development with creative flair, while benefiting from a structured induction and progression opportunities.
