This registered nurse post sits on a haemodialysis unit run by DaVita UK, which provides dialysis care to patients across England and Wales. What the job involves
- Deliver individualised, patient-focused care and mentor and assist team members
- Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with external organisations and hospital trusts
- Communicate effectively with patients, users and service providers
- Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies, and help implement and review them
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills to improve patient care
- Apply evidence-based practice and help evaluate evidence to improve patient care
