What’s required
Experience
- Significant management and leadership experience
- Led a dispersed team
- Held responsibility for P&L accounts with turnover above £5m
- Track record of patient, client or customer-centred leadership
- Track record of nurturing colleagues and realising their potential
- Track record of developing and delivering results and KPIs
