Nottinghamshire County Council is recruiting two permanent reablement support workers for the Short Term Assessment and Reablement Team (START). Roles cover Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe, providing short-term support to adults in their own homes to rebuild confidence and independent living.
The service runs 365 days a year, 7am to 10pm, on a rolling four-on, four-off shift pattern including weekends and split shifts.
