Brighton and Hove City Council is seeking a permanent property lawyer to join the Legal Property team within Legal Services. You will manage a varied caseload for council clients, supporting housing, development and regeneration schemes and transactions under the Asset Management Strategy.
The role requires experience in commercial property, development or residential conveyancing and includes a DBS check due to exemptions from the Rehabilitation Act.
