Ongar Health Centre is seeking an advanced nurse practitioner to join its GP partners, nurses and healthcare team. The post focuses on independent assessment, diagnosis and treatment, including prescribing, with scope to develop new care models and lead teaching.
You will work within the NMC framework to deliver high-quality care for around 12,700 patients, including long-term condition management and health promotion, while leading educational activities and multidisciplinary collaboration.
