Practice Nurse – Primary Care with Clinical Development & Training

Brigstock Family Practice in London is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team. You will run long-term condition clinics, deliver immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and health promotion, while maintaining EMIS Web records.

You'll work alongside GPs, HCAs, pharmacists and the wider PCN, delivering high-quality patient care, supporting safeguarding, audits and QOF activities. Current NMC registration and GP practice experience are preferred.
